Director of Delivery Management

📋 Description

• Own delivery governance across cloud, data, infra, app Dev, and AI engagements.
• Manage portfolio health: risk, budget, margin, forecasting, utilization, changes.
• Lead teams and client engagements to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts and escalation point.
• Work with Google Cloud accounts and partner engineering on delivery alignment.
• Build and develop a high-performing delivery team across US, EMEA, LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs; 5+ years in professional services or SI.
• Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements; migrations and data platform builds
• Proven ownership of portfolio performance: margin, forecasting accuracy, utilization, and client
• People management: hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders.
• Pre-sales credibility: shaping solutions, presenting delivery approach, writing SOWs/change orders.
• Executive presence with sponsors and engineers; ability to simplify complexity.
