🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs; 5+ years in professional services or SI
• Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements
• Proven ownership of portfolio performance: margin, forecasting, utilization, client health
• People management: hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders
• Pre-sales credibility: shaping solutions, SOWs, change orders
• Executive presence with sponsors and engineers; remote multi-geo teams
