📋 Description

• Lead design function with authority across UI/UX and brand direction
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to transform complex workflows into intuitive
• Own Inflect’s visual language and ensure high-fidelity craft in product and marketing surfaces
• Partner with frontend engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation
• Hire, grow, and mentor a design team while upholding uncompromising standards
• Drive motion, interaction, and craft from concept to shipped product

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product and digital brand design with leadership experience
• Design authority with a track record of shipping designs
• Deep partnership with frontend engineering (Next.js/TypeScript); fluent in Figma/Framer
• Strong systems thinking: design system, typography, and visual language
• Ability to untangle complex product flows into elegant interfaces
• Comfort as Marketing’s primary design partner across product and brand
