Director of Design

📋 Description

• Set the vision and design strategy for Vanta’s Risk product area
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and GTM teams to shape strategy
• Translate complex risk workflows into scalable experiences for stakeholders
• Define experiences to identify, assess, treat, monitor, and report on risk
• Guide enterprise-grade risk dashboards and workflows across organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing digital products, with B2B SaaS/enterprise experience
• 4+ years managing and developing product designers
• Experience setting design direction and translating strategy into priorities
• Track record designing intuitive workflows for complex, data-rich products
• Strong product and systems thinking; collaboration with Product/Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, CS, or related field
