📋 Description

• Set vision and design strategy for the product area with execution plans.
• Lead and grow a team of product designers, fostering craft and accountability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Design Systems, GTM.
• Translate risk-management workflows into intuitive enterprise experiences.
• Design connected workflows across risks, assets, controls, owners, and approvals.
• Guide creation of risk registers, dashboards, and actionable visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing digital products in complex B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• 4+ years managing product designers, hiring and coaching.
• Proven design direction with clear team priorities and outcomes.
• Strong product and systems thinking for complex, configurable products.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Customer-centered design practices: research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing.

• Base salary $275,000–$323,000 depending on location and experience.
