📋 Description

• Lead environmental strategy, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee environmental programs and integrate practices into operations, projects, and facilities.
• Report to SVP of EHS and drive strategic direction with measurable wins.
• Monitor regulations, trends, and industry practices; advise leadership on impacts and opportunities.
• Represent the organization with government agencies, communities, and external stakeholders.
• Lead due diligence, audits, training, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Public
• 10+ years in environmental management/sustainability/EHS with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
• Proven track record building and leading cross-functional teams; strategic and execution focus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with EMS, sustainability reporting, and data tools; strong budgeting skills.
