📋 Description

• Co-own Agent0 roadmap with Product; drive execution; grounded in customer needs.
• Drive delivery; pick bets; ship; avoid distracting AI directions.
• Hire, mentor, and grow senior software/AI engineers; manage managers.
• Set standard for prod-grade AI engineering: eval pipelines, context mgmt, testing, rigor.
• Stay current with foundation models and agentic architectures; drive product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record building agentic AI products in production.
• Experience building and managing teams; led 15+ engineers.
• Deep knowledge of agentic architectures: context mgmt, tools, eval frameworks, RAG.
• Rigorous AI quality: evals, regression checks, human-in-the-loop, monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional communication; align eng, product, and leadership.
• Nice to Have: OpenTelemetry observability, ML engineering background, data pipelines.
