📋 Description

• Lead Boulevard's data platform and infrastructure
• Own data governance, security, and quality controls
• Build ML capabilities and data-driven products
• Scale real-time and batch data processing systems
• Guide a high-impact data engineering team
• Collaborate with Product/Insights to enable analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years data platform/infra engineering experience
• 5+ years people management of senior engineers
• Proven data platforms for internal analytics and customer data products
• Experience delivering dashboards and analytics with Product teams
• Strong hands-on with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and HIPAA compliance
