• Define and execute long-term data platform strategy
• Lead and grow a data platform engineering team
• Build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines
• Partner with Product/Analytics to deliver data products
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and compliance
• Drive architecture balancing immediate needs with scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data platform engineering or related field
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Proven data platform and ML infra experience
• Strong knowledge of dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka
• Data governance, security, and compliance know-how
• Experience partnering with Product for analytics features
