• Hands-on leadership: code, prototype, run technical experiments
• Champion AI-assisted development tools across teams
• Raise reliability, security, and incident response for core services

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, identity/security/platform focus
• 8+ years as a people leader with distributed teams
• Deep in security/identity concepts; can prototype and review architecture
• Proficient in Java or Python; knowledge of React, GraphQL, AWS
• Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, OpenFGA
• Hands-on with AI-assisted tools and secure development practices
