📋 Description

• Direct the activities of multiple integrated software engineering teams, primarily through lower
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software solutions driving enterprise-level
• Establish operational objectives, strategic plans, and technical design roadmaps for the
• Lead the architectural strategy and evolution of secure, resilient, and highly available
• Direct the delivery of payment and money-movement capabilities, including payment acceptance
• Ensure platform architecture and practices support idempotent processing, ledger integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience with payment processing, money movement, fintech, banking tech, or
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise software architecture and cloud infrastructure, including Node.js
• Deep understanding of card and ACH processing, payment gateways, tokenization, authorization
• Experience leading teams using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Proven ability to lead engineering orgs managing high-volume financial platforms with strict
