• 5+ years leading engineering teams in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS in laundry/field services or SMB verticals.
• Proven track record shipping SaaS releases predictably and improving uptime/performance.
• Experience running SaaS development, QA, DevOps end-to-end; scaling SaaS architecture.
• Strong hiring/management of outsourced or vendor partners; customer-centric software.
