Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the finance function and international team
• Own hiring, development, and performance management
• Oversee end-to-end accounting across countries and currencies
• Establish standardized controls and scalable processes
• Manage tax, compliance, audits with local advisors
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Manager or Director level finance with operations ownership
• Experience leading distributed/international teams
• Knowledge of Quebec financial/tax/regulatory requirements
• Experience across multiple countries, currencies, entities, time zones
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience with finance systems automation and AI tools is advantageous
