📋 Description

• Lead the finance function and manage an international team across multiple countries.
• Own hiring, development, and succession planning for finance staff.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting across currencies and countries.
• Establish and maintain standardized financial controls and procedures.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deliver timely financial information to leadership and Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Manager or Director level finance experience with operations ownership.
• Experience leading managers or finance leads in international teams.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec tax, regulatory requirements or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing finance across multiple entities, currencies, and time zones.
• Strong accounting judgment, standards, and scalable processes.
• Excellent communication with CFO and senior leadership.
