Director of Finance and Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead accounting, financial planning, and accounting operations
• Own financial strategy and develop finance functions
• Oversee accounting close, reporting, and cash/treasury management
• Coordinate external audits and internal controls
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Partner with leadership on long-range planning and capital allocation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years finance experience; 5+ years accounting operations & general ledger
• GAAP, internal controls (COSO), and SOX knowledge
• ERP systems expertise; strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial Modeling experience
• Experience managing finance teams and external auditors
• Excellent communication; ability to simplify concepts
