• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, 5+ years of direct responsibility for
• Hands-on with an owner mentality in structured and unstructured scenarios
• Experience managing accounting close processes, financial statement preparation, GAAP compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling expertise
• ERP systems and accounting software proficiency
• Strong internal controls knowledge (COSO) and SOX familiarity
