Director of Finance & Business Performance

📋 Description

• Lead the finance function through a hands-on transformation, establishing strong processes
• Own core financial operations: cash, payroll, compliance, and other critical responsibilities.
• Build accurate, timely, actionable financial reporting for leadership visibility into performance.
• Own budgets, rolling forecasts, cash planning, and projections with updated assumptions.
• Develop profitability reporting by location, brand, channel, and product.
• Analyze unit economics and financial drivers for profitability and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior-level finance leadership experience at CFO/Finance Director level or equivalent.
• Proven success improving profitability, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and operations.
• Strong commercial understanding: pricing strategy, unit economics, investments, and business cases.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, modern finance tech, and data-driven analysis.
• Strong accounting knowledge with professional finance/accounting qualifications preferred.
• Experience building or transforming finance functions in growth environments.
