Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Own all financial regulatory reporting for UAE entities (monthly client money, cash flow forecasts
• Consolidate UAE entities (5) and prepare group internal management accounts monthly
• Direct treasury activities, daily cash monitoring, and client money reconciliations per UAE rules
• Lead annual external audits and own auditor relationships end-to-end
• Own budgeting and variance analysis for UAE region with Group FP&A coordination
• Manage banking, payments, PSP relationships, payroll, accounting, bookkeeping and tax for UAE

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Senior finance leadership in CFD/forex/online trading brokerage with hands-on consolidation
• Direct experience with UAE regulatory reporting and client money rules (SCA/DFSA/ADGM)
• Proven external audit leadership and primary point of contact for auditors/regulators/banks
• Strong people leadership and multi-entity IFRS consolidation experience
