Director of FP&A, Retail

📋 Description

• Lead the FP&A team in developing and executing the financial planning process, including annual
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential
• Prepare Monthly Reporting Package, including variance analysis and KPIs, for the executive team.
• Create presentations for key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with advanced Excel, financial
