• Lead the full digital acquisition portfolio (paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube
• Drive portfolio-level investment, prioritization across channels, talent, tech, and partners.
• Manage and develop a high-impact team of channel managers as a player-coach.
• Build new acquisition channels and tech-enabled growth motions.
• Stay connected to platforms, agencies, and vendors to bring new capabilities early.
• Guide AI-driven experimentation, production, media buying, and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a multi-channel digital growth org with business accountability.
• Proven track record in growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing a large media portfolio and cross-vendor tradeoffs.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership style; capable of coaching and developing leaders.
• Experience building or scaling teams and leaders for the future.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional exec environment.
