  • Own the full revenue engine: pipeline, sales, onboarding, delivery, retention
  • Lead a distributed global team across time zones with KPIs and weekly cadences
  • Drive MRR growth by coordinating with sales resources and closing new business as needed
  • Define the MRR-first model: packaging, pricing, scope, and minimums
  • Run weekly sales and operations cadences; maintain live scorecards; monthly reviews with Owner
  • Improve client retention to 95%+ via onboarding, communications, and escalation protocols

  • Proven builder: grew a services business from early stage to $1โ€“$5M in revenue
  • Owned both sides of the business: commercial growth and operational execution
  • Direct experience selling and managing monthly recurring services (e.g., bookkeeping, CAS, fractional CFO, IT MSP)
  • Track record of improving retention via onboarding, clear scoping, and escalation handling
  • Experience leading distributed/global teams, setting weekly priorities, and accountability
  • Must have remote work experience; proficient with Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace
