📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services
• Drive operational excellence, growth, and compliance across programs.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, staff, and state management to ensure
• Lead leadership development and financial performance initiatives for regional IDD/DD services.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or related programs.
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years overseeing multiple programs or leadership teams.
• Program Knowledge: Person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver, IDOH, CARF standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech.
• Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

🎁 Benefits
