Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee residential IDD/DD programs across the assigned region (Lafayette/Kokomo, IN area).
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services.
• Lead budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, and program
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state management to drive growth and
• Focus on leadership development, compliance oversight, financial performance, and strategic growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or similar settings.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs/sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver, and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
