Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs across the region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight
• Drive growth, partnerships, and new business opportunities
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, and compliance
• Ensure person-centered service delivery and program performance
• Collaborate with Area Managers and state management team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or similar settings
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver and IDOH/CARF standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
