Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs across region
• Provides leadership, strategy and operational oversight
• Focus on growth, compliance and quality service
• Collaborates with Area Managers and state team
• Drives audits readiness and program performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and new tech platforms
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record
