Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential IDD/DD programs across assigned region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight
• Drive growth, development of new business opportunities, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid HCBS, and state regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or related services
• 2+ years of leadership experience across multiple programs
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS waivers, and IDOH/CARF standards
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tech
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
