📋 Description

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership for indirect spend
• Own and lead enterprise indirect procurement strategy
• Provide executive oversight for high-value sourcing initiatives
• Establish and govern category strategies and RFx processes
• Lead negotiations for major contracts and SLAs
• Drive cost savings and value realization across procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership
• Experience leading enterprise-level indirect spend categories
• Proven track record developing and executing strategies at scale
• Executive-level negotiation and contract management skills
• ERP and P2P experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Ariba)
