Director of Integration - Facilities Management and Construction

📋 Description

• Lead integration of ambulatory surgery center construction projects from planning through activation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for Day One readiness and go-live activities
• Maintain integrated master schedules for construction, staffing, workflows, and regulatory
• Coordinate state licensing, inspections, and regulatory requirements for facility openings
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting timelines, costs, or patient care
• Lead project progress reviews and reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in healthcare services, operations, integration
• Strong PM experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience navigating state healthcare permitting, licensing, and CON processes
• Solid understanding of healthcare construction, life safety codes, and accreditation standards
• Clinical background preferred; PMP or CAPM strongly preferred
• Analytical, strategic thinking with data-driven decision support
