📋 Description

• Lead and mature Energages cybersecurity, information security, data privacy, governance, risk, and
• Protect information assets and customer trust; enable secure growth in a fast-moving SaaS
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT Operations, Legal, HR, and leadership for secure tech
• Manage Information Security, Data Privacy, GRC functions; collaborate with IT Operations on secure
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and technical controls.
• Lead security awareness and education; support security assessments and due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy leadership.
• 5+ years in director-level or senior leadership roles.
• Proven SaaS/cloud-native security leadership; hands-on technical expertise in cloud security
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing technical teams; strong governance, risk, and
• ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance and related frameworks expertise.
• Security tech implementation in cloud environments; strong project management and cross-functional

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $175,000 - $185,000
