📋 Description

• Lead the company's information security strategy for a remote workforce.
• Build and mature a cybersecurity program protecting data and operations.
• Identify and mitigate cyber risks; oversee compliance and threat response.
• Partner with leadership to embed security in business decisions.
• Develop scalable security roadmap and governance.
• Present risks and security metrics to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, information security or risk management.
• 3+ years leading enterprise security programs or teams.
• Experience with risk assessment and threat modeling.
• Cloud-first/SaaS knowledge: Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, Okta.
• Security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF.
• Endpoint security, identity management, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Remote work experience with distributed teams.
• Executive communication translating risk to business impact.
