📋 Description

• Lead the Machine Learning Engineering team.
• Architect robust, scalable apps; manage data lifecycle end-to-end.
• Tackle runtime performance; optimize data access.
• Collaborate with Product/Customer Success/DevOps/QA to align engineering deliverables.
• Flag pain points to influence the roadmap.
• Set technical hiring bar and mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold at least a U.S. Secret clearance; willing to upgrade to a TS/SCI if needed and travel to
• A degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of software engineering experience with
• Proven track record deploying production-grade AI / agentic systems.
• GPU Fluency: experience offloading compute for AI systems; training/inference pipelines.
• Full Stack & DevSecOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git; holistic AI systems.
• Data Ecosystem: Python stack (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and handling diverse data
