🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years fundraising, with individual giving
• Proven success in cultivating, soliciting, closing gifts
• Ability to initiate donor relationships via outreach
• Experience expanding donor portfolios
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
