Director of Manufacturing, Data Systems

📋 Description

• Own the systems, data flows, and tools used by Manufacturing Operations.
• Centralize and drive execution of software dashboards for decision making.
• Lead data system projects; ensure ERP/MES support day-to-day ops and scale.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, and Operations to meet GMP/ISO/QMS.
• Manage staffing and facilities to comply with Penumbra quality standards.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in Med Device/Biotech.
• 3+ years in management of Ops data systems.
• 2+ years program/project management in Ops/IT.
• Proficient with MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
