🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Marketing Operations with people management.
Experience building infrastructure in early-stage or fast-evolving environments.
Proven AI adoption leadership within marketing or RevOps; clarity on where AI helps vs.
Experience designing attribution models and ABM strategies; Demandbase familiarity preferred.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems from the ground up.
Strong organizational, PM, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
