🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
10+ years in commercial leadership in manufacturing or B2B.
Proven success growing service revenue and leading P&L.
Deep understanding of MRO, PD services, and customer lifecycle.
Strong financial skills with pricing, forecasting, and modeling.
Excellent relationship management and executive communication.
