Director of National Security Partnerships

📋 Description

• Build and manage relationships with US national security space mission partners, primes, labs, and
• Develop capture strategies from opportunity qualification through award; create win themes and
• Shape opportunities through government pathways (SBIR/STTR, OTA, IDIQ, CSO/BAA) alongside
• Own and scale a national security opportunity pipeline with clear qualification criteria and
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Programs, and executives to ensure feasible, properly scoped

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; technical/defense, policy, or national
• 10+ years in national security acquisitions, business development, capture, or related roles.
• Excellent executive communication; briefing, white papers, and proposal content skills.
• Strong understanding of U.S. defense/intelligence acquisition environment and export controls.
• Ability to lead capture activities, build partnerships, and navigate ambiguous opportunities.
• Active ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance is a plus.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 - $230,000 per year (base).
