• Provide strategic nursing leadership across a multi-country hospital network, mentoring and
• Champion patient safety and quality by establishing nursing best practices and standardizing care
• Strengthen the nursing workforce through leadership coaching and capacity-building initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, staffing strategies, and patient flow using
• Lead initiatives across nursing domains including leadership development, training, quality
• Support EMR/EHR implementation and end-user adoption with reliable clinical data.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive nursing experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership or
• Proven international leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited healthcare
• RN with active, unrestricted license and eligibility for licensure in assignment country.
• Hands-on experience leading EMR/EHR implementation and adoption.
• Strong expertise in patient safety, clinical quality improvement, nursing informatics, and
