📋 Description

• Provide strategic nursing leadership across a multi-country hospital network.
• Champion patient safety and quality; standardize care and improve outcomes.
• Strengthen nursing workforce via leadership coaching and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence: nursing workflows, staffing, patient flow, data-driven decisions.
• Lead initiatives in leadership development, training, QA, EMR utilization, data integrity.
• Support EMR/EHR implementation adoption with end-user engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration (MSN or MHA).
• 10+ years progressive nursing experience; 5+ in senior leadership or multi-site roles.
• International leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited settings.
• Ability to lead clinical/operational transformation across locations or org-wide scale.
• RN with active license; eligible for licensure in country of assignment.
• Hands-on EMR/EHR implementation experience.
