📋 Description

• Lead nursing services across Indiana ops
• Develop clinical best practices and on-call leadership
• Oversee staffing, training, and Med Core A/B instruction
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
• Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and teams to improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; equivalent experience considered
• RN license valid in Indiana; CPR/First Aid; TB screen
• 5+ years nursing exp in IDD/IDD-related settings; 2+ yrs supervision
• Clinical knowledge: med administration, RN delegation, infection control
• Regulatory knowledge: ICF/IID regs, HIPAA, incident reporting
• Leadership: team development, budgeting, staffing models
