📋 Description

• Senior clinical leadership across a global pediatric surgical network.
• Mentor nursing leaders, promote consistency, accountability, and clinical excellence.
• Lead patient safety, quality, and nursing best practices with cross-hospital collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence in nursing workflows and workforce planning.
• Oversee EMR/EHR utilization and end-user adoption to ensure reliable clinical data.
• Collaborate with medical, quality, HR, IT, and leadership teams to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive nursing experience, with minimum 5 years in senior leadership or
• Proven international leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited healthcare
• RN with active, unrestricted license; eligibility for licensure in country of assignment.
• Hands-on experience leading EMR/EHR implementation and adoption.
• Strong expertise in patient safety, quality improvement, nursing informatics, and accreditation
