Director of Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead nursing across a multi-country pediatric hospital network.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and standardize care approaches.
• Mentor leaders, drive workforce development and succession planning.
• Improve nursing workflows and use data to inform decisions.
• Oversee EMR/EHR adoption and data integrity.
• Collaborate with medical, quality, HR, IT, and leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive nursing experience; 5+ years in senior leadership or multi-site
• International leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited settings.
• RN with active, unrestricted license; eligible for licensure in country of assignment.
• EMR/EHR end-user implementation experience.
• Fluency in English; French desirable. Doctorate preferred (DNP/PhD).
