🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive nursing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership or
  • Proven international leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited settings.
  • RN with active license and eligibility for licensure in assignment country.
  • Hands-on EMR/EHR implementation and end-user adoption experience.
  • Fluency in English; French desirable. Doctorate (DNP/PhD) preferred.
