📋 Description

• Lead and improve Campus's core operational function.
• Focus on Financial Aid and student financial ops in near term.
• Partner with COO, Financial Aid, Product, and Engineering to scale ops.
• Implement scalable processes and data-driven improvements.
• Develop managers and cross-functional SOPs.
• Balance operational efficiency with quality and compliance.

• 8+ years in progressive operations leadership.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Analytical, problem-solver with bias to action.
• Experience partnering with Product & Engineering.
• Project management and multi-priority execution ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
