Director of Operations, Data Science

📋 Description

• Lead business optimization strategy by coordinating data and analytics with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Growth, Strategy, Enablement, Finance, technology
• Manage Agile delivery with epics, backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery oversight.
• Support data science projects with end-to-end execution support for clients.
• Facilitate client engagement through workshops, requirements gathering, and results presentations.
• Translate data into actionable business insights for executives and teams.

• Strategic, product-oriented experience connecting business priorities to data-driven solutions.
• Data science exposure and understanding of how analytical capabilities translate to business value.
• Experience in Agile delivery management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong client-facing capability and ability to discuss analytics in business terms.
• Excellent communication and technical understanding of databases and analytics environments.
• Proven project management with Jira or similar tools and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
