📋 Description

  • Lead operational performance across maternal health programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with hospital/clinic partners via reviews, visits, and performance discussions.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new programs aligning objectives and outcomes.
  • Serve as relationship owner for CEOs, CNOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and senior leaders.
  • Assist in contract renewals, new opportunities, proposals, and financial planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, access, and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in healthcare management/administration, ideally with women's health exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital and clinic workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Experience with OB/GYN practices (perinatology or gynecologic oncology preferred).
  • Experience in outpatient environments (HCA) valuable.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary $135,000–$145,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.
