📋 Description

• Architect operating model for NCX, leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Build scalable 0-to-1 operating models for live events, games, podcasts.
• Create workflows, playbooks, onboarding, and standards for rapid scaling.
• Improve intake, launch, and contingency processes to speed delivery and reduce risk.
• Bridge Content, Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing with clear roadmaps.
• Oversee risk, launch readiness, and high-profile initiatives; lead launches when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive leadership in multidisciplinary operations or launch orgs in tech/media/entertainment.
• Experience in 0-to-1 environments with scalable processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Product, Content, Design, Marketing
• Exceptional executive communication to senior/C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to influence matrixed orgs without direct reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset; design scalable workflows and contingency frameworks.
