🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level ops/commercial leadership experience.
• Track record of building/scaling a business or service operation.
• Experience in multi-location restaurant/delivery/logistics/hospitality ops.
• Strong partnerships/business development experience.
• Deep understanding of operational performance, customer experience, and growth.
• Hands-on with AI, analytics, automation, and workflow tools.
