Director of Operations & Systems

📋 Description

• Oversee operational tech ecosystem: ERP, EDI, integrations, shipping, returns, and reporting.
• Own config, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of operational systems.
• Manage ERP processes: item setup, order flows, inventory sync, reporting, data accuracy.
• Lead onboarding for partners: 3PL integrations, retailer mappings, testing, go-live.
• Guide system transitions, migrations, and process redesign with minimal disruption.
• Direct distribution ops with warehouse teams and partners for throughput and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain ops in apparel/retail/eCommerce.
• Minimum 2 years leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on with mid-market cloud ERP and EDI platforms.
• Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and improve systems.
• Experience onboarding partners to ERP/EDI ecosystems with go-live.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, order fulfillment, and multi-channel ops.
