📋 Description

• Lead TubeScience’s on-the-ground production operation
• Own end-to-end production: shoots, studios, crews, vendors, schedules
• Build scalable production infrastructure and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Post-Production, and Casting
• Drive throughput and cycle-time improvements; set delivery standards
• Manage studio operations, equipment, and freelance pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in production operations with 3+ years leading teams in high-volume contexts
• Hands-on studio, equipment ops, and freelance crew pipelines experience
• Zero tolerance for loose schedules or unclear ownership
• Proven to build scalable operational processes that outlast individuals
• Systems-first mindset; use automation, AI, and remote teams where fit
• Bias toward craft; develop teams that stay close to the work
