Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical leadership experience.
15+ years in preconstruction/estimating on large scale projects.
7+ years owner-side experience preferred.
Proven budget ownership and long-lead procurement across CSA and MEP/Power.
Experience leading teams and partnering with design, development, supply chain.
Advanced proficiency with Procore, estimating systems, MS Office, and scheduling software.
